| 工作描述： |
1、Support the implementation of international commodity strategies. 2、Manage supplier-related processes, including supplier scouting, selection, evaluation, development and performance management. 3、Conduct RFQs and tender processes, evaluate supplier quotations and prepare commercial bid comparisons. 4、Prepare, negotiate and conclude supplier framework agreements in close coordination with the International Commodity Managers. 5、Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets. 6、Lead international sourcing and procurement projects, including project planning, execution and stakeholder coordination. 7、Contribute to new product development projects, coordinating Advanced Quality Planning (AQP), implementation activities and the part qualification process. 8、Plan and drive Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE) initiatives with suppliers. 9、Support purchasing controlling, KPI tracking and reporting activities. 10、Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, including performance, quality, delivery and commercial matters. |

1、Completed technical studies, preferably in the field of electronic or electromechanical engineering. 2、Profound and several years of expertise in the field of purchasing and materials management in industrial company with a focus on the procurement electronic (PCBA) or electromechanical components. 3、Very good knowledge of English, preferably German. 4、Good experience in the use of MS-Office, ERP and CAQ systems. 5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6、Assertive and confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. 7、High sense of responsibility and ownership. 8、Structured, organized and results-oriented way of working. 9、Strong planning and analytical skills. 10、Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements. 11、Strong moderation, facilitation and presentation skills. 12、Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams. 13、Strategic mindset with a long-term perspective. 14、Intercultural awareness and international mindset. 15、Open to innovation and continuous improvement. 16、Proactive and self-motivated. 17、Willingness to travel internationally; assumption of responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality. |
