Your Responsibilities Project Management and Organization: • Planning of new manufacturing processes, tools and equipment considering the state of the art, economic efficiency and occupational safety • Coordination and control of all internal and external departments and bodies involved in investment projects using appropriate tools (e.g., software, tools) • Monitoring of investments (target/actual comparison of schedules, costs and technical scope of performance) • Project organization, administration, cost management and scheduling Technical Tasks: • Evaluation of technical concepts in the field of special-purpose machine construction and automation technology • Preparation of specifications (requirement specifications) • Supervision and support of test, development and trial series within production to optimize tool life and quality standards • Improvement and optimization of existing manufacturing processes and equipment (increase of OEE rate, reduction of downtime) Procurement and Supplier Management: • Procurement of machines, equipment, tools, spare and wear parts • Supplier qualification and management, especially in the Chinese procurement market • Support of equipment at international locations Quality and Safety: • Application and assurance of safety standards (CE, CCC, etc.) • Ensuring occupational safety for all investment projects • Participation in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) 您的职责 项目领导与组织： • 规划新的生产工艺、工装和设备，同时考虑最新技术水平、经济性和工作安全 • 协调和管理所有参与投资项目的内部和外部部门及机构，并使用适当的工具（如软件、工具等） • 监控投资项目（工期、成本和技术性能范围的实际情况与目标对比） • 项目组织、行政管理、成本管理和进度计划 技术任务： • 评估非标设备制造和自动化技术领域的技术方案 • 编制技术规格书（需求规格说明） • 在生产过程中陪同和支持测试、开发和试验系列，以优化使用寿命和质量标准 • 改进和优化现有生产工艺和设备（提高OEE设备综合效率，减少停机时间） 采购与供应商管理： • 采购机器、设备、工装、备件和易损件 • 供应商资质认证和管理，特别是中国采购市场 • 支持海外工厂的设备管理 质量与安全： • 应用和确保安全标准（CE、CCC等） • 确保所有投资项目的职业安全 • 参与质量管理体系（如ISO 9001、IATF 16949） |

Your Profile Education and Experience: • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable technical field • At least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in special-purpose machine construction and automation technology • Experience with mechatronic systems • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (CIP) • Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Language Skills: • Chinese: Native speaker • English: Very good written and spoken skills • German: Good written and spoken skills Personal Competencies: • Experience in an intercultural environment, especially China/Asia • Leadership experience or experience in managing project teams • Assertiveness and strong communication skills • Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working • Willingness to travel (national and international) 您的资质 学历与经验： • 机械工程、机电一体化或相关技术专业本科及以上学历 • 至少5年机械工程领域工作经验，最好是非标设备制造和/或自动化技术领域 • 具有机电一体化系统经验 • 具有精益生产和持续改进（CIP/KVP）经验 • 熟悉CAD软件（如AutoCAD、SolidWorks）和ERP系统（如SAP） 语言能力： • 中文：母语水平 • 英语：优秀的书面和口语能力 • 德语：良好的书面和口语能力 个人能力： • 具有跨文化环境工作经验，特别是中国/亚洲地区 • 具有领导经验或项目管理团队经验 • 具有执行力和良好的沟通能力 • 工作有条理、独立自主、目标导向 • 愿意出差（国内和国际） |
