Qualifications任职资格 Academic 学历 College Degree, Related major in mechanical, electrical, automation, etc. 大专以上学历，机械、机电、电气自动化等相关专业 Experience工作经验 1.In the machining company, with more than three year of inspection work experience 在机加工制造企业负责过检验工作三年以上 2.Familiar with the production process of materials, key control points of the process; master the key characteristics and test methods of various raw materials 熟悉物料的生产过程，制程关键控制点；掌握各类原材料的关键特性和检验方法 3.Good communication, organization and presentation skills, execution 具备良好的沟通、组织和表达能力、执行力 Job Skill工作技能 1.Have knowledge of ERP system 懂ERP系统 2.Fluent in both written and oral English 擅长英语听说读写 3.Knowledge of quality management 具备质量管理方面的知识 4.Familiar with mechanical and electrical drawings, skilled use of various inspection and measurement equipment 熟悉机械类视图、熟练运用各种检验测量设备 5.Good communication, coordination and control skills 良好的沟通、协调、控制能力 Computer Skill计算机能力 1、Good Microsoft office skill- word/excel/outlook/Power point 熟练操作办公软件 2、Have knowledge of ERP system 懂ERP系统 Job Duties工作职责 Inspection of incoming materials for domestic and foreign purchased parts 国内、外采购件的来料检验 2. Go to the supplier to supervise the production process and materials used; check the quality of the products that will be received soon. 前往供应商公司监督生产过程和使用的材料；验收即将收货的产品质量 3. Acceptance of the domestic incoming materials of the sales organization. 对于销售组织的国内来料进行验收 4. Take photos and archive the headquarters of the sales organization. 对于销售组织的总部来料进行拍照、存档 5. Improve inspection standards and inspection standards and supervise implementation 对检验规范与检验标准进行完善并予以监督实施 6. Manage and maintain the documents, drawings and reports required for the process of incoming inspection. 对于进料检验的过程中所需要用到的文件、图纸、报告进行分类管理和保管。 7. For the gages and measuring instruments required for the incoming inspection process, keep and maintain. 对于进料检验的过程中所需要用的量具、测量仪器进行保管，维护以及保养。 8. Conduct quality audits for new suppliers and assign corresponding ratings. Qualified suppliers will be incorporated into the supplier directory system. Perform routine annual audits and urge suppliers to implement corrective actions for non-conformities identified during audits. 负责新供应商的质量审核，并且给予评分。合格供应商纳入供应商名录体系。常规的年度审核，针对审核发现的问题，督促供应商整改。 9. Initiate corrective and preventive actions for quality issues of materials arising in all stages and implement closed-loop management. 针对物料在各个环节出现的质量问题，采取纠正和预防措施，实施闭环管理。 10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 |
