| 工作描述： |
1、Build the tool specification and ask for the quotation and negotiation; 参与制定模具技术规范并负责询价议价； 2、Support D FM review and tool design with supplier, control tool development schedule ; 协助检讨模具设计及D FM，控制模具采购开发进度； 3、Pa rt i c i a p t e the tools release checking and final tool acceptance; 参与模具验收检查和模具最终接受； 4、Giving technical support on tooling to outsourcing parts ; 外构件的模具技术支持； 5、Responsible for tooling order/contract, payment ; 负责模具订单，合同，付款等； 6、Clearing up the relevant documents and drawing on tools, manage tooling data base; 处理相关模具文件和图纸, 管理模具数据库； 7、Develop & maintain & optimize tooling supplier pool 开发，维护，优化模具供应商清单。 8、Do the other duties assigned by supervisor 执行上级领导安排的其它任务。 IV-MAIN P O P E D OM RIGHTS /：主要权限与权利 1. Remuneration system is connect with the salary rule to get. 此职位的报酬体系详见公司的薪资制度 2. Skill: 技能： - Over 5 years working experience in injection tooling purchasing for automotive interior parts. Experience in injection tooling design & tooling project. Proficient in U G or P r o E software. Good communication skills and teamwork attitude. Familiar with Office soft-ware. Good En g i l sh communication skills. 5年以上汽车内饰件注塑模具采购经验，有注塑模具设计和模具项目经验，熟练使用U G、Auto CAD等常用设计软件，熟练使用Office办公软件，良好的沟通能力和团队合作态度，良好的英语沟通能力。 3. Mastery knowledge: Q S aim& policy; company aim & philosophy;mechanical process p r i n c i-p l e, injection m o u l d m o u l d in g principle. basic knowledge of Quality and En v i r o me n t ***-age m e n t system. 掌握知识：质量方针目标;公司目标和纲领;机加工原理；塑模成型和工作原理注塑成型原理；公 司质量和环境管理体系基本知识。 4. Others 要求熟悉汽车塑胶模具。 |
