Qualifications任职资格 Academic 学历 1. College degree or above 大专及以上学历 Experience工作经验 At least 5 years’ experience of material planning in mechanical industry. 至少5年机械行业物料计划工作经验 Job Skill 工作技能 1.MRP execution in ERP system 在ERP 系统中执行物资需求计划 2.English CET 4 or above 大学英语4级或以上 3.Good at cross-functional communication 善于跨部门沟通 4.Able to work under pressure and with teamwork spirit. 可以承受工作压力，具有团队合作精神 Computer Skill计算机能力 1.Computer proficient with ERP (prefer Kingdee cloud) 精通ERP系统操作（金蝶优先） 2.Good at Excel, Word, PPT 熟练使用Excel，Word，PPT等办公软件 Job Duties工作职责 1.Run MRP in ERP system daily, analyze requisitions to determine the planning order of material quantity, and required delivery time. 每日在系统中运行MRP，分析需求并确认计划订单数量及要求交货期。 2.Monitor inventory of production materials, set reasonable safety stock level in system, and achieve the annual inventory turnover rate targets. 监控生产物料的库存水平，设置合理的系统安全库存量，实现年度库存周转率目标。 3.Maintain proactive shortage identification and management - help flag root causes & corrective actions. 预先识别及管理库存短缺，协助寻找根本原因及纠正措施。 4.Expedite deliveries to meet and exceed scheduled critical requirements. 协调推进供应商交货期，从而满足紧急订单的需求。 5.Maintain material plan at the time fence to ensure continuity of supply. 维护物料计划，确保供应的连续性。 6.Coordinate with production planners for solutions when parts cannot be delivered as promised. 当原材料不能如期到货时，与生产计划人员协调解决方案。 7.Communicate forecasts and replenishment plans to supplier. 与供应商沟通预测及补货计划. 8.Monitor and analyze the slow-moving & non-moving materials in the warehouse, coordinating with relevant departments to handle and reduce the occurrence of these materials 仓库呆滞物料的监控、分析，协调相关部门处理并减少呆滞料的产生. 9.Complete the other daily work arranged by your leader. 完成上级安排的其他合理工作内容。 |
