| 工作描述： |
1.Support the sales of all product portfolios of Zapp in China; 支持萨普在中国的所有产品组合的销售; 2.Partner with Sales/Account Managers in the daily sales work, assisting in creating sales contracts for regular customers, collecting market/industry information, reminding customers for payments and notifying them to pick up goods, tracking customer complaints, outsource processing, etc; 在日常销售工作中与销售/客户经理合作， 协助制作老客户的购销合同、收集市场/行业信息、催款，通知客户提货，跟踪客户投诉，委外加工等； 3.Pursuing the whole sales process in SAP, from customer orders to tracking production and shipping progress, to delivery, invoicing, etc.; 在SAP中执行整个销售流程，从客户订单到跟进生产和发货进度，直至交付，开具发票等； 4.Archive sales contract, customer’s purchase order and other official letter with customer, etc. 对销售合同、客户采购合同及其他和客户往来公函等进行系统的建档和保管。 5.Maintain up-to-date information in customer database; 维护和更新客户数据库中的信息； 6.Moreover the Employee have to do other work, according to instructions made by their chief. 如工作需要可执行上级安排的其他任务。 |
