Handle daily sales-related paperwork (order processing, contract management, filing, etc.). Assist the sales team with data entry, report preparation, and document translation (EN-CN). Communicate and coordinate effectively with international colleagues and clients via email. Participate in department meetings and take meeting minutes. Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned. |

Current university student or postgraduate. All majors are welcome Fluent in English is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for handling English documents and emails. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Immediate availability is required. Must be able to work for at least 2 months, with a minimum of 5 days per week. |
