We are looking for a sales-driven professional with strong technical understanding and a passion for industrial solutions. This role combines key account management, new business development, and hands-on marketing support. Ideal Background / 任职要求 • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors (e.g., machinery, automation, HVAC, chemicals, filtration, etc.) 3–5 年工业领域 B2B 销售经验(如机械、自动化、暖通、化工、过滤等) • Strong technical understanding; engineering background preferred 具备扎实的技术理解能力,工程背景优先 • Proven ability to manage long and short sales cycles (from ¥50,000 to ¥5 million) 能够胜任周期从几周到数月、金额从 5 万至 500 万人民币不等的销售项目 • Fluent in Mandarin; basic English required. Other languages are a plus 普通话流利,具备基本英语沟通能力,其他语言为加分项 • Self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills 主动性强,具备良好的沟通与客户关系管理能力 • Willingness to travel and work independently 能接受出差,具备独立工作能力 |
