| 工作描述： |
1、负责解决现生产过程中出现设备故障。
Involve solving the production equipment breakdown
2、负责参与新项目设备安装调试、验收。
Involve new project installation, commissioning and hand over audit.
3、负责工厂生产设备现场管理，跟踪使用状况, 确保设备正常运行，以满足日常生产要求。
Responsible production equipment management and status follow up, ensure equipment run at well status to achieve the production demand
4、负责制定设备保养计划和落实实施。
Involve set up PM plan and implementation.
5、负责制定设备故障的分析并改善和完善保养计划.
Involve the BD analysis, action implement and PM plan review and update.
6、负责建立设备台帐和设备档案。
Involve set up equipment history recorder and file.
7、负责设备的点检和维护跟踪。
Responsible follow up equipment daily check and PM
8、编制设备备件图册。
Build up machine spare parts list and drawing.
9、设备的持续改善。
Continuous improvement of equipment.

2、机械类专业中专或以上，能看懂各种电气和机械图纸，熟悉使用CAD等相关软件者优先。

3、从事外资工厂设备维修工作5年以上经验。

4、有丰富的液压气动知识和实践经验。
Good knowledge and experience of hydraulic and pneumatic system.
5、熟悉设备控制，良好的传动,火炉知识和经验，熟悉工厂公用设施。
Good knowledge and experience of machine control, transmission, burner technology, well know plant utility system
6、具备TPM和项目实施经验者优先。
TPM and project implementation knowledge and experience will be better.
7、有汽车行业工作经历者优先。
Auto plant work experience will be better.
8、具备工装模具知识和经验者优先。
Knowledge and work experience of tooling and fixture will be better.
