| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities:
• Identifying, assessing, and developing new suppliers for forged steel parts and machined steel components in China and the rest of the South-/East Asian region (India).
• Conducting potential and process audits at suppliers based on the standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or VDA 6.3.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards and requirements.
• Conducting risk analyses and developing measures for risk mitigation.
• Identifying and addressing efficiency improvement potentials in the suppliers' value chains.
• Continuously improving supplier performance through regular audits and follow-ups.
• Creating and maintaining detailed audit reports and supplier performance evaluations.
• Working closely with our internal teams in Germany (Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Production) to ensure product quality and supply reliability.

Qualifications:
• A degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in conducting supplier audits, preferably in the forging industry, mechanical engineering, or other steel processing industries.
• Experience in the Chinese procurement market and in working with Chinese and international business partners.
• Profound knowledge of the standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or VDA 6.3.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and excellent English, German language skills are an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within and outside China.
