| 工作描述： |
1.Project management for new investment.ensuring construction/projects meet quality standards and deadlines. push forward project executed with professional design and processing safety.
2.Build and maintain total Productive Maintenance system in Novosana factory, make good maintenance plan and lead team to executive it promptly, keep hardware and software well organized and in good condition.
3.Cost control during construction and maintenance works, choose suitable vendors with proper quality/price and service, build long term relationships/cooperation with good vendors, compare offers objectively, manage spare parts in suitable stock level and cost.
4.Build an effective maintenance team breath value/culture and establish KPI/SMART goals for maintenance team members encourage people and lead continuously improving.
5.Ensure maintain safety with EHS engineer strictly do risk analysis before repair/maintenance, require third party members to obey EHS requirement strictly，ensuring safety procedure are in place and followed by related staff. |

Main job requirements for this position are as follows.
Bachelor with engineering related major
5+ years working experience in engineering/project management field.
2+ years supervisor role in MNC/foreign company.
Fluent English communication, good at MS office/CAD.
Be good at team organization,management, motivation, and training. With strong sense of responsibility
Prefer related industry for instance chemical/food/pharmacy etc. |
