Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Responsible for daily management of the KA team, maintenance and development of sales performance of existing customers
负责团队的日常事务管理，现有客户销售业绩的维护和开发
2. Direct KA team to grow existing business and acquire new business to meet sales targets
带领大客户销售团队积极发展现有业务，并努力获得新的业务机会，以完成销售目标
3. Making business plan for short term and long term, participate in the formulation and negotiation of annual framework agreements, etc
制定公司的短、长期销售计划，参与年度框架协议的制定、谈判等
4. Responsible for maintaining and improving company image and reputation, managing and maintaining stable sales performance of key customers and establishing good customer relationship
负责维护、提升公司形象和口碑，管理和保持重点客户的销售业绩的稳定和良好客户关系的建立
5. Motivate, train and encourage KA team members, establish a good team atmosphere, and organize team building when necessary
激励和鼓励团队成员，建立良好的团队氛围，适时组织团队建
6. Frequent travelling in China region.
频繁的国内出差
7. Follow up and complete other work assigned by superior.
8. 跟进并完成上级交付的其他工作
Qualifications 职位要求
1. College’s degree or above, major related Business preferred.
大专或以上学历，商务相关专业优先
2. Minimum 7 year’s sales experience and 2 years in management position in multinational company with Automotive industry hardware background.
不少于7年的汽车行业五金件销售经验，以及2年的跨国公司管理经验
3. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, can work under certain pressure
具有较强的责任感和团队合作精神，能承担较大的工作压力
4. Strong business mindset and intelligent analysis in the market.
较强的商业思维和市场分析能力
5. Should have clear business mind, proactive work attitude
具有清晰的商业头脑，积极主动的工作态度
6. Good representation and manners towards customers, especially global company.
具有良好的服务跨国公司的销售形象及商务礼仪

4. Good command of English in both writing and oral, and good computer literacy in English office environment.
