招聘职位

1、QC Inspector质检员   1人   月薪 3000-5000 元

工作地点：太仓新区
工作性质：全职
作息制度：双休
主要工作：1.负责原材料来料检测，填写检测报告并归档。Be in charge of the raw material incoming check, finish the testing report.2.负责生产过程的质量检查包括工艺设定检查，填写巡检报告。Be in charge of the in-process quality check including the process parameter check, fill in the “In-process quality check” report3.负责产品的出货检查，填写检测报告。Be in charge of the outgoing product check, finish the checking report.4.发现质量异常时，迅速采取相应措施，并汇报给直接主管。When the abnormal matters detected, need take promptly the correct actions and report to supervisor. 5.必要时，与相关职能部门进行有效沟通（如生产，仓库）。Communicate with related department such as production, warehouse when necessary.6.针对不合格品进行标识，隔离，并跟踪处理结果。For the nonconforming product, conduct the labeling, isolation and follow up the treatment result.7.支持质量经理对生产过程进行分析。Support quality manager on the process analysis.8.持续改善，并执行相关的改善措施。Continues improvement, conduct related corrective actions.9.负责实验室测试仪器维护保养及5S维持。Be responsible for the testing instruments maintenance and keep good 5S in lab.10.严格遵守公司的安全制度，并积极汇报工作场所相关的安全隐患。Strictly comply with the company's safety regulations, and actively report the potential safety risk in the workplace.11.支持ISO9001质量管理体系的相关事宜。Support the ISO 9001 system matters.12.上级主管交代的其它事宜。Other duties assigned by superior.

学历要求：职高
工作经验：2年
要求外语：英语 一般
其他要求：1.2年以上质量检验工作经验。Two years of experience above on quality inspection2.熟悉相关实验室测试仪器的使用（如粘度仪，测厚仪），维护及校正工作。Be familiar with relevant testing equipment operation (viscosity, gauge), maintenance and calibration.3.了解一定的质量管理工具及分析方法。Understanding the common quality management tools and analysis method such as Pareto, cause and effect diagram,  4.与相关部门如生产、仓库部门有较好的沟通。Good communications skills with production and warehouse team.5.具有一定承受压力的能力。Be able to work under pressure.6.关注细节，品格诚实，细心严谨，积极主动，勇于承担责任。Attention to details, honest character, careful and precise, motivated and take responsibility. 7.高中或中专以上文化。With senior high school or technical school degree.8.熟悉玻纤材料及树脂检测。Be familiar with the fiberglass and resin material.9.熟练操作计算机办公软件（如excel, word, power point）,会编写检查报告。Be command of Microsoft Office such as excel, word, power point and report writing. 10.会英语者更佳，或愿意学习者。Basic English language skills is an advantage, or a willingness to learn English11.良好的团队合作精神，在没有监督的情况下，能自主完成工作。Be a good team player, ability to work under minimum supervision.12.可以倒班Shift work
