Royal Ahrend APAC, formerly Gispen China has been operating in China since 2004. During recent years, the company has expanded rapidly on the Chinese and Asian market and has outlined an aggressive growth strategy for the next few years. 主要工作:Job Description1. 根据检验规范和流程及时对供应商的来料进行检验。Performance the incoming material inspection in time according to inspection instruction and procedure. 2. 负责及时对质量管理系统进料检验模块和进料检验记录的日常录入和维护。Maintain QMS IQC section and IQC records.3. 对来料异常及时进行处理并持续跟踪直至异常解决。Deal with incoming material quality issue and trace them till the problem solved .4. 管理涉及来料检验的签样。Manage the signature samples which related to IQC .5. 负责协助工程对新样品的尺寸检验并出具报告. Responsible support R&D for the dimension inspection for new design samples.6. 负责供应商处的产品检验.Responsible for the material inspection on supplier site.7. 上级安排的其他事项. 2、Project Engineer - Seating 项目工程师   1人   薪资面议

主要工作:Job DescriptionAs a Project Engineer - Seating, you will be charge of the project management in designing, engineering and testing of the seat project, both internally and externally. The role is intended for development of innovative industrial products. The products must be straightforward to produce according to our capabilities and fit our goals for design, function, ergonomics, environment, strength, safety, and cost. We are looking for a person with a pro-active personality, who can work independently and take initiative on proposing and implemention of solutions.Main tasks include:1. Lead and be responsible for the result of the new development project assigned to you.2. Understanding and clearing up requirements for the project, making the project plan including scope, budget and schedule.3. Keeping track and making sure everything is within your plan for scope, budget and schedule of your project.4. Responsible for design, engineering and testing of the product in your project.5. Doing product development with the understanding of production techniques for plastics, aluminum and steel.6. Doing technical feasibility study of your own designs before releasing for production.7. 5、Account Manager客户经理   1人   薪资面议

主要工作:Job DescriptionThis position is a multi-discipline position and the successful candidate will be required to support our international key accounts in the wider APAC region outside of China and Hong Kong, with high quality service and support. The roll also requires a competent approach to project management and you will be organized and logical. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and you will be required to be the internal liaison between our customers and our production facilities. You will be required to produce quotes with the support of internal colleagues in line with our contractual agreement from our international key accounts, track logistics timelines and liaise professionally with internal support networks. You will be creative and be required to produce presentations and proposals in line with our company standards. You will be competent in relaying information in a professional and concise manner to our customers. As a representative of Royal Ahrend APAC, you will be presentable and professional at all times and be client facing when required to be so.  Main tasks include:1. Identifying new projects and opportunities utilizing our existing database.2. Working with APAC dealers/partners to secure projects.3. Working with our global Key Account team to secure projects.4. Inputting, maintaining and tracking project information in the CRM system. 5. Working with operations and R&D, to place orders and monitor order processing, delivery and installation.6. Monitoring, mapping and reporting of market developments.7. Follow up on and obtain approvals on submittals (drawings, samples, etc.) 8. Debt collection when required.  9. Establish and maintain good customer relationships with clients at all times.  10. Obtain written feed-back from customers on customer (dis)satisfaction. 11. Adhere to any reporting or procedures as deemed appropriate by the International IKAM Director. 12. Undertake any reasonable requests made by the International IKAM Director. 13. High level of professional and intellectual ability (e.g. University degree or higher professional education in sales, business administration) 2. Experience in an international commercial Business to Business or Business to Customer environments with successful achievement of improvements in performance and or processes. 3. Experience of international (or local) tender processes and submissions4. Preferably has an up-to-date network of influencers in the fields of Project managers, Facility managers, Procurement and / or Real Estate. – (preferred but not essential) 5. Sound knowledge of the commercial furnishings market (preferred but not essential)6. Have an understanding of business economics. 7. A good knowledge of PC applications, particularly in relation to presentations and quoting. Excel, word, PowerPoint. (Essential)8. You will have a network of key third party suppliers to draw on as required, of third party supplied commercial furniture products. (preferred but not essential)9. Excellent command of English (Essential), both oral and written.
