主要工作：1. 下发生产部门的文件、图纸的接收和归档；2. 工时数据收集，录入；3. 车间人员考勤情况记录整理；4. 车间报表数据整理；5. 车间看板文件更新；6. 协助装配经理进行内部培训；7. 生产线辅料的申领和发放；8. 生产线工具台账的更新和管理；9. 生产线消耗性物料管理；10. 生产物料的核对、跟催及协调；11. 上级主管安排的其他工作。1. Receive, record and archive the documents and drawings released to production dept.2. Collect and input working hours.3. Record and sort the attendance record of production dept.4. Collect and sort the data for production dept. 5. Update the report on the production information board.6. Support assembly manager to arrange the internal training.7. Production auxiliary materials management, apply, record and release.8. Tools management.9. Bulk material management, confirm and record.10. Check, track and push the production material to keep the assembly flow. 11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
