主要工作：1.He / She will receive a purchasing request from the requestor, key is MRO area.接受采购信息，主要是MRO方面的2.Supplier development 供应商开发3.Implementation: including supplier selection, contracting and negotiation and  internal process changes督导个过程的执行，包括供应商选择、评审、议价、合同谈判等4.Global sourcing coordination协调国际采购5.The Quotations need to be filed afterwards对报价单进行备案6.He / She will create a Purchasing Order in SAP System depending to the Status of the goods.根据货物的状态在SAP系统中创建一个采购订单7.He / She needs to file and track the PO in terms of Supplier, Requestor, Qty, Price, Date and goods description 整理供应商方面的文件，并跟踪订单，请求程序，数量，价格，日期，货物说明8.After creating the PO He / She is responsible to get the documents chopped and signed.创建采购订单后，他/她负责盖章和签署的文件。9.He / She is also responsible for sending the documents to the supplier负责发送文件给供应商10.The Order Confirmation needs to be compared with the PO and checked if all data are the same对于订单要求进行确认，是否所有数据一致If not, the reason should be found out with the supplierIf the same, the confirmation needs to be filed如果不是，需要跟供应商进行核实原因如果相同，对于确认的要求进行存档11.The delivery note will also be compared with the PO对送货单信息与订单进行比较核实If some data are not the same, the reason should be found out with the supplier如果某些数据不一样，需要跟供应商进行核实If all data are the same, the delivery note needs to be filed 如果数据一致，对送货单进行存档The Invoices needs to be compared with the PO12.对发票金额与订单进行核对If some data are not the same, the reason should be found out with the supplier如果某些数据不一样，需要跟供应商进行核实If all data are the same, a purchasing requisition needs to be created and the PO needs to get closed如果数据一致，创建采购申请同时关闭采购订单14.Creating a Purchasing Requisition will all original documents likePR, PO, delivery note and Invoice and getting the needed 根据原始资料 如PR、采购订单，送货单创建采购申请15.Other tasks assigned by manager其他由部门经理分配的工作
