工作性质：全职
主要工作：Main Responsibility 主要职责Following up the production progress and control material according to production plan by LGC. Leader will feedback to planner in time if any unusual question in line so as to readjust the plan.按生产计划跟踪生产进度和控制物料， 如果在线出现异常需及时反馈给计划员，以便重新调整计划。Daily Duties 日常工作Take responsibility of the worker manage on line and Check 6S status.负责在线的生产人员的管理及检查6S状况。Control if the operator meets the requirement of operation and quality according to WI.按作业指导书监控作业员是否符合操作和品质要求。Adjust to production personnel for imbalance because of absent status and feedback the boss or planner to re-plan.调整因为缺席而导致人力不平衡状况，并且把此信息反馈到上司或计划员，以便重新计划。Leader need to inform the PCE and quality inspector in time when the machine appeared the fault or production quality is defective in line.当本线出现设备故障或产品质量问题时，生产组长需及时通知PCE和品检员。Check daily work status and prepare the second day’s work. Leader need to report the boss if any question.检查每天的工作状况并准备第二天的工作安排，如有任何问题需报告上司。Following up production job order and daily statistical work according to company procedure.跟踪生产工单情况并按公司流程做日常统计。Other tasks assigned by Production manager.其它由生产经理安排的任务。

2、运营助理 Operation Assistant   1人   薪资面议

工作地点：太仓城厢
工作性质：全职
作息制度：双休
主要工作：1、Assist Operations in drafting and executing operation strategies/action plan and launch activities accordingly. Prepare reports for Operations协助运营各职能，制订、执行运营策略和行动计划，及相应的落实。准备运营报告。2、Coordinate among all the departments at all level for meetings, workshop, memo and feedback, as well as info/data collecting.协调各职能，组织会议、研讨会，做好记录、反馈执行信息，也包括所需要的信息和数据收集。3、Assist Operations in setting up operation systems and improve operation results/data collecting, reporting and application efficiency.协助运营各职能，建立运营系统，提高运营数据收集、汇报和应用的效率。4、Maintain production/TPM database; set production performance measurement (OEE) for new line and integrate them into database.维护生产/效率数据库（OEE）；为新生产线建立绩效衡量，并综合到现有数据库。5、Assist managers and supervisors of operations to update & maintain all visual management of production performance in shop-floor. Information collection and publicizing of any other production activities.协助运营职能经理和主管，更新维护生产车间生产绩效的可视化管理。生产活动数据的收集和公示。6、As an interlink with HR/Admin, coordinate admin works related Operations, e.g. employee suggestion, performance measurement and production bonus, time management, on-job-training of shop-floor employee.作为与人事行政的接口，协调运营相关行政事宜。如员工建议、绩效考核与生产奖金、时间管理、一线员工在岗培训等。7、Other tasks assigned by COO.其它由COO安排的任务。

Knowledge and experience to setup and maintain production information system (e.g., production database, TPM/OEE database).2年以上工作经验，机械制造或汽车行业做丛业背景优先。有建立、维护生产信息系统知识和经验者优先，如生产数据库、全员生产维护数据（TPM/OEE）。5、Constructive and effective communication skills with people of all levels. Demonstrate good teamwork attitude.能与公司各层员工展开建设性的、有效的沟通；并展示良好的团队工作态度。6、Be proactive, positive and adaptive to new environment quickly.积极主动、求真务实，并对新环境有较快的适应能力。
